Abrasion Test / Martindale Test

In the Martindale Test, a piece of fabric is stretched in a device that allows it to be rubbed intensively for several hours. It takes 10,000 cycles to simulate the signs of wear that years of use would put on the fabric. This allows us to precisely measure how our fabrics will stand up after years of serious, demanding use.
